sir,
For the AY 2010-11 assesing officer demnaded 5 crore tax ,at the time of CIT appeal 50% of the amount Rs.2.5 crore has been paid during the FY 2012-13.Later we won the case. pls help me to calculate the interest on refund Rs.2.5 crore ?

Ask the officer to give you his calculation. Else he might say something else in your calculation as he is bent on troubling your company. Further you might come to know how he calculates!
