How to accounting of f & o by company assessee

Respected Sir/Madam,
Thanks for your kindly help in past problem.
I am start part time accountancy in Private Limited Company.
The Company This year Deal In Share market F & O type transaction so I am So confused that how can i entered all this type of transaction in Books of account in Company ASSESSES.
What is the effect as on 31.03.2012 last date when actually transaction made but settlement not made in this month.
Is there ANY AS applicable for this and any company Law Bound?? Please help me in this problem

Open a separate account for each FNO scrip. e.g. 4800PE, 5200CE, RELIND fut. Include the expiry dates in the name itself so as to make them UNIQUE. Journalise the transaction as per the contract notes. Feel free to ask specific queries on amolshankar@gmail.com
