I have complited 2.5 years of my articleship, and now I want to have last year of training in Industry.
I have already taken 100 days of leave, now how much Maximum leave can I take in Industrial training.
Is it 80 Days?

Maximum allowable leave is 1/6 of period served

Hello Dear,As per ICAI Rules,An articled assistant shall earn at the rate of one-sixth of the period for which he has actually served, excluding from such period, the period for which he has been on leave subject to a maximum of 180 days.
