Please tell me how many executive directors are required during Incorporation of the company?

In case of private company, the minimum no. of director should be two, but the companies Act, not specify the minimum no. of executive directors.

The provisions of Independent director clause will also not apply to private company. The provisions of remuneration will also not apply to private company which indirectly covers executive directors.

As per my knowledge, you are free to appoint no. of executive directors subject to yours articles.

19 April 2012 Yes, There is no bar on appointment of no of executive directors. It depends on the size operations of the Company also to the extent permitted under articles.
