How i can reset my income tax password

28 August 2013 sir,
my client filed his IT return for the a y 2012-13 but he is not remembering his passoword and also e-mail id given at the time of registration.
i sent a mail with pan details to www.validate@incometaxindia.gov.in for resetting password.
they sent new password to the registerd mail id but the client dont know that e mailid.
what is the solution?

28 August 2013 If you know the bank account number and the last e-filed acknowledge number do the following.

Please go to www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
Click on 'log in'
Click 'forgot password'
Fill the details and proceed.
System will ask for the new 'e-mail id'.
Fill in the new email id.
Password will be given to you in the new mail id.
