I HAVE MINOR PAN CARD BUT NOW I AM ADULT SO I WANTS ADULT PAN CARD.
PLEASE SPECIFY PAN FORM NO & WAY BY WHICH I CAN GET NORMAL PAN CARD ON MY NAME & WITH MY SIGNATURE

PAN Card No is generated one persion one

So we get Pan card with same PAN No.
with change of details

change your pan data form in

www.incometaxindia.gov.in

go to PAN --- FORMS

30 December 2012 You need to fill up a form called "Request for new PAN card or/and changes or correction in PAN data" which is ment for corrections of data in PAN card and issue a fresh PAN card after corrections with the old PAN card number.

It will take about 15 to 20 days to obtain a fresh card if the documents submitted by you is correct. You can see the FAQs on PAN data correction in NSDL website. There may not be a direct Q & A on your matter about minors. But this is the correct place and way to obtain another card with photo etc.
