How can i forget everything and concentrate on my studies?

29 December 2013 i have been really sad for the last some months due to some personal problems....i was crying soo much and feels really hurt.....i want to concentrate on my studies but i can't...i keep thinking abt my problem...plz suggest me ways on how i can just forget everything and just concentrate on my studies....

plz help me

Everyone at some stage in life faces personal problems, which do have an impact on their professional or academic career. What you need to understand is that your inability to deal with your personal problems is going to affect your career in long term.

If possible, start going to public library for studying. That would help you concentrate. Avoid staying home during the study hours. if possible, form a group to study. That would create some sort of discipline in your study schedule.

I hope you are able to go beyond these personal problems and succeed in your exams.

30 December 2013 Just be busy with books and do revise what you read today at the time of sleep also....
