how break IT e filing password

one client approach to me.
he registered his pan in www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in very his 26as and filing manually his return for 2008-09 and 2009-10 AY. but this time he can check up forgot his password and he click forgot password. but ask pet name. so many time try not match with data base.
how to break his password forgot before e - filing is possible.

28 December 2010 I am not clear on your query.I understand that you have registered the PAN at the site but forgot the pass word as well as user ID.
If that be the case, you simply go to the menu "forgot pass word".
At income tax e filing site user name is always PAN.
Follow the next instructions shown by the site step by step & thus you can generate new pass word

but we are already forgot pet name.

1 only register pan in it data base
1a forgot password and pet net.
2 not e filing only manually filing returns.
3 this year filing through e filing
4 how break password.
