ONE WHO IS NOT A SELF OCCUPANT OF HOUSE BUILT BY AVAILING HOUSING LOAN AND WHETHER HE IS ELIGIBLE FOR EXEMPTION OF PRINCIPAL U/S 80C. AND WHAT IS THE ELIGIBILITY OF INTEREST EXEMPTION PLEASE CLARIFY.

Yes. housing loan availed for let out house also, eligible for principal deduction u/s.80C. and interest u/s.24b is actual interest
