we already have three flats .two are in my wifes name with me as ajoint owner and one flatin my name with my wife as joint owner. housing loan is availed on only one flat by my wife.all three flats are rented out and we stay in my office qtrs. .
can
I or my wife or both avail housing loan for buying another property and if yes can I or my wife or both avail the second housing loan and also claim tax benefits.
