Sir i have given my house on rent to doordarshan kendra ( CENTRAL GOV). I just want to.know how much gst i have to pay house rent and there is any options to increase the house rent .

Actually the residential rental is not applicable GST if it's to residential purpose only.
In this Case the property given to commercial purpose then the rent is GST applicable to the tenant.
Your income is above 20lakhs then you ll be register under GST then given rental receipt as taxable receipt / invoice...
