19 August 2011 Yes. this is current year loss only. treated as Loss from house property, this will arise when the Interest amount exceeds the net annual value of House property and Self occupied HP

19 August 2011 where you want to send?, once you filled ITR properly and generate thee XML file and upload the return and send the ITR verification form to CPC Bangalore
