i have purchased a house(flat) 4yrs back but dint registered it.now the promoter is creating problem and is not showing any interest in registration.
how can i get my property registered?is it necessary to involve promoter in it?

get legal help from your local court and consumer court,
as per agreement you had to get it registered within 6 months, and check who is defaulter in this case
