i want to know about high seas sales and h form sales. and the what is differnce between high seas sales and h form sales

When the contract for sale of goods is executed for those goods which are on high seas (before crossing the customs frontiers of India)is high sea sales... where as a sale made to another dealer who in turn shall export the same outside India is called as deemed export..(against H form)
