08 March 2018 Can anyone help me to revive my company which was struck off for non filing of ROC returns?. we are ready to pay fees of 15k and I have many cases like mine. The matter will be dealt at Mumbai National Company Law Tribunal.

just an advice, it is going to cost a lot more. Fees is running into lakhs with drafting, lawyer's appearance fees plus the NCLT fees, penalties, ROC filing fees (CODS fees) etc. So be prepared for a lot more than your expectation
