Help to revive the my company stuck off by roc

Can anyone help me to revive my company which was struck off for non filing of ROC returns?. we are ready to pay fees of 15k and I have many cases like mine. The matter will be dealt at Mumbai National Company Law Tribunal.

Ramratan,
just an advice, it is going to cost a lot more. Fees is running into lakhs with drafting, lawyer's appearance fees plus the NCLT fees, penalties, ROC filing fees (CODS fees) etc. So be prepared for a lot more than your expectation
