12 February 2011 I have filed a company registration SRN- B05291182.But few objections were raised of which one was that industrial code doesnt match main object. I am reproducing the main object clause of memorandum here. Please suggest which code to be filled in form 1.
Main Object clause: -
To carry on in India or elsewhere, the business of manufacturing, buying, selling, trading, hiring, repairing, exporter, importer, designing, researching and marketing of all types of goods and business related commercial activities and services, merchandise, Psyllium seeds, Psyllium Husk, Psyllium Husk Powder, Psyllium crop, Psyllium products, consumables, fast moving consumer goods, durable goods, act as brokers, consigner, clearing and forwarding agent, indenting agent, representative, correspondent, franchiser, stockist, supplier, vendor, collaborator, export house or otherwise to deal in all branches of permissible goods and merchandise and to carry on any such schemes for marketing or development of goods and to appoint further dealers, sub dealers, agents brokers,franchisers for attaining the above objects.
Please help.

12 February 2011 On reading the main object clause, seems divergent view may come up due to the complexity of the drafting of the said clause. May seek the opinion of ROC regarding the code.

12 February 2011 Agree with Warrier Sir, seek the opinion of ROC concerned officer dealing Incorporation.

Before seeking the Opinion of ROC, please go through the edited object. Some of the words opposite to the main object deleted.

Can this be the object? because main work is manufacture of isabgol. I guess it should be 24.

12 February 2011 also one objection raised was that irrelevant objects be deleted. Does it has to do anything with Other objects or ancillary objects specified in MOA?
