can practicing company secretary(whole time in practice) become director of company.If appointment date is of 2002(in reality doing right now but showing date of 2002 yr.)and right now din 2and 3 is made and filed.
Is it legal to do like that if yes than how?

Yes a practicing CS can become a director of company. As regards to your second question, can you pls be more specific?
Do you mean to say that you are appointing PCS as director as of today but date of appointment in DIN 2/3 is 2002?
