Dear Sir,
I'm posted as HELP DESK EXECUTIVE at Infosys Campus for two days for clarify the tax filing and tax related queries. So far I'm strong in corporate area than Individual tax filing. I'm aware about individual tax filing in working level.
Could you please advice me how to perform well for those two days?

Just be confident and have proper updation of all the related provision if possible have laptop with good taxation software

As you are good in corporate taxation and filings, it will help you much.
But major thing is self satisfaction which comes from client satisfaction, you should treat all needier as your personal client so that you can help them more efficiently and clearly.
