18 April 2014 sir mera abi reg letter nai ayea to kya main abi form number 109 bej sakta hu? Muje form beje hue 20 days ho gye hai...... Nd kya main form 109, and 103 ikathe bej du?

27 July 2024 Haan, aap abhi bhi Form 109 bhej sakte hain, aur aap Form 103 ke sath Form 109 ko bhi bhej sakte hain. Yeh kuch important points hain jo aapko dhyaan rakhne chahiye:

### **Form 109 aur Form 103**

- **Form 109**: Yeh form aapki articleship transfer ke liye hota hai. Isme aapko apni transfer ki request ko mention karna hota hai.

- **Form 103**: Yeh form aapko aapki articleship ki registration ke liye bharna hota hai aur yeh aapke naye employer ke saath bharna hota hai.

### **Steps to Follow:**

1. **Send Both Forms**: Aap Form 109 aur Form 103 ko ek sath bhej sakte hain. Dono forms ko complete karne ke baad, unhe ICAI ke respective regional office ko bhejna zaroori hai.

2. **Documentation**: Form 109 ke sath, aapko transfer ke liye zaroori documents, jaise ki transfer letter, proof of new articleship firm, etc., bhi attach karna hoga.

3. **Follow-Up**: Agar aapne form bhejne ke 20 din ho chuke hain aur aapko abhi tak koi acknowledgment nahi mila hai, to aap ICAI ke regional office ko call ya email karke follow-up kar sakte hain.

4. **Verify Receipt**: Form bhejne ke baad, ICAI se confirmation ya acknowledgment lene ki koshish karein. Yeh ensure karega ki aapka request process ho raha hai.

### **Additional Points:**

- **Transfer Reason**: Form 109 mein, aapko transfer ki wajah clear aur appropriate detail ke sath mention karni hogi.

- **Processing Time**: Processing time vary kar sakta hai, lekin agar aapne abhi tak acknowledgment nahi liya hai, to aap ICAI se confirmation le sakte hain.

- **No Reg Letter**: Agar aapka registration letter nahi aaya hai, to bhi aap Form 109 bhej sakte hain, lekin aapko naya registration aur articleship details clear karna hoga.
