MY QUERY IS THAT ON WHICH AMOUNT HEALTH & EDUCATION CESS
IS LIABLE TO PAY LIKES AS ADVANCE TAX, SELF ASSESSMENT TAX,
PERSONAL INCOME TAX, TDS. & WHICH IS THE EFFECTIVE DATE.

Education cess and Secondary & higher education cess is changed to Health and
education cess.
Also the rate 3% has changed to 4%.
Applicable to all the taxes ,excluding TDS on other than salary, mentioned in the
query
education cess.
