22 November 2014 I dont want to change the registered office of a company with the same registered office(Bihar) want to have a new head office(Kolkata) .Kindly say the procedure for the same.??

22 November 2014 is it necesary to intimate ROC for having a head office , if not then by passing a board resolution all mintues & papers can be kept at the head office.will it be sufficant??
