Have just cleared ca final- now how to apply for membership

27 July 2015 I have just cleared both groups of ca final in may,2015.
I have already completed my training and GMCS last year.
Now how do I apply for membership.
what is the FEES (I am not interestd in COP)
Please elaborate.

Also I have pursued additional course(cs) during my training period for which I did not take permission as I was not aware at that time.

Now what do I do in that case?

27 July 2015 1. Fill up Form 2.
2. Also fill up Form for Identity Card.
3. Fill up Life Membership Form of CABF (voluntary)
4. Fees is Rs. 4,500/- if you register for life membership of CABF and Rs. 2,000/- if you do not register for life membership of CABF
5. Send the completed form along with local cheque or Demand draft and certified copies of all your certificates, marksheets, GMCS completion certificate and articleship completion letter.
