Harassment in articleship transfer

02 August 2013 Respected sir/madam,i sudheer kumar is a student pursing ca final and i completed my ipcc both grousps in nov 2012 attempt and i joined a firm name called xxxxxx in hyderabad and now i understood that i cannot continuee in such firm because of a reasons less stipend and only one article assistant and work in such firm is only concurrent audit of banks and only personal works of auditor and his family has to be done...so i thought that i could not learn anything in such firm and all above these i went to home by asking a leave of 2days and said to him that i am not coming i am not at all interested in continuee and as well as i want a transfer. Now then he said ok i will provide you a transfer but i want a reason why you are transfering but he is not providing transfer at all and not sighing in transfer certificate what i have to do....

02 August 2013 Yes, i can under stand your position and your suffer,,

because i have taken my articleship transfer after feeling sad and depressed ,and lot of resistance to continue because there is nothing to learn in concurrent audits

But that firm was one of the finest firm in Bangalore but just because i have registered under partner who look over banks i got allotted continuously for banks 11 months luckily i have convinced my boss saying a must accepted reason and came out

Now i am very happy and got good exposure in all areas of work ,

So what i am saying is just say a good reason which your boss should accept,,it can be any reason..

dont try to give hard answers to him,,

i msged my number to you can call me now also as i have some work i need to do night out...

So be cool, and think for a nice reason

Dont try to fight with boss because definetely student will lose the race in this case

02 September 2013 Transfer norms have been changed and you have to take permission from ICAI by giving the reasons for which permission is given for transfer. So first follow the advice of Ganeshbabu and then of the ICAI
