I want to register a h.u.f in my name.
Please guide me .

Dear Ankur,
.
First of all; I assume that you live a happy married life.
.
If not; find a suitable bride because then only you would be able to form an HUF.
.
The moment you get your marriage registered; you are ELIGIBLE to form your OWN HUF.
.
Except above requirement; no registration of HUF is required.
.
For Income-Tax purpose; you have to follow as under :
.
1. Make a Rubber Stamp of Ankur ....HUF
.
2. Make a declaration that your HUF is known as such

and

the members of HUF are you, your "beautiful" wife ( she need not required to be so - humour ) and your "cute" children (if you have) - give their names.
.
3. Your address proof
.
4. Apply for PAN card
.
Within 14 days or so; happy moments will come when you will have a PAN card of your HUF.
.
5. Contact any CA to "enjoy" such "luxury" to have an HUF of your own because in India; only this "privilege" has left for a Hindu ).
.

Actual meaning for which HUF was used; now has disappeared in the whole society.

Nobody wants to live with his brothers and his family.

"Fortunately" in coming days; he will not have any such brother !

( Concept : 2 Children : One boy and second girl or vice versa ).
