I have pay transport charges on behalf of customer than after charge transport bill to customer & get payment also in this case who will liable to pay GTA & which amount

12 December 2015 Firstly I want to know that whether you are a specified person or not (other than Individual/Proprietor who is not covered under the Factories Act because reverse charge is not applicable) if you are such specified person ex: psf or company or factory then service receiver i.e you should pay service tax
The person who is liable to pay transportation charges will be liable to pay service tax after taking abatement of 70%(i.e., amount *30%*14%) and also SB Cess
