Railway Freight is exempted. But what will be treatment of Truck fair from Factory to Railway Station & then from destination station to Customers premises ???
How these truck fair will be treated ? Can department levy Service Tax on these two Truck fair ? Alternatively can we show this as Local cartage & get out of picture of Service Tax

You have to paid Service tax as GTA (Outward Freight)
yes if you have paid freight then, dept will raise objection reg Service tax.
