GTA on Railway Freight

24 June 2011 Railway Freight is exempted. But what will be treatment of Truck fair from Factory to Railway Station & then from destination station to Customers premises ???
How these truck fair will be treated ? Can department levy Service Tax on these two Truck fair ? Alternatively can we show this as Local cartage & get out of picture of Service Tax

yes if you have paid freight then, dept will raise objection reg Service tax.
