Hi guys
A product is imported form Nepal into India through GTA - Frieght amount is paid by the nepal supplier who is a company .
Who is liable for Service tax
1) the Indian Buyer
2) GTA
Plz only answer with provision of laws.

If you are charging VAT then no ST but if it is services then only ST and no VAT
