Several Problem we are facing in Uploading Form 1 for Client having more than 4000 Tax Invoice, Whether Any Penal Provision if R1 may not be Filed Within due date?

Section 47 of the Central Goods & Service Tax Act 2017 provides for late filing fees of Rs 100 per day subject to maximum of Rs 5000/-.
