Dear sir, i want to give total taxable amt/total igst value of registered inward supplies in GSTR3B Plz help me

You can fill only ITC amt in All other ITC column.

You ll be fill only Tax amounts in All other ITC column...
But, Outward Supplies column you ll be fill Sales value and Tax value...
