Due date for july17 was already over by 10th Oct. Now you need to wait till time limits for 2A gets over. Once that is done, you might be able to file it.

Due date for GSTR 1A is 2nd of December 2017

GSTR 1A is auto populated after the customer uploads the invoices in GSTR 2. The due date 6th Dec 2017.
