Due date not extended but there will not be a penalty, late fee, and interest , if you file on or before 24th June & turnover is less than 5 crores.
For turnover more than 5 crores, interest will be levied at 9%, if file after 15 days of due dates ( original due dates )

Yes... Specifically Due date not extend. But, Taxpayers can be file on or before 30th Jun-2020 for GSTR 1 return without Late Fee...
