Gstr1 for august and september

I am trying to submit GSTR1 for August and also for September but there is "Counterparty Error" for both. In news I am reading that all are filing GSTR3B but I am stuck at GSTR1. Please help me to understand the entire process.

August month GSTR 1 2 and 3 returns date not yet to be finalized... Also September returns...
So, Wait on further notifications...
Also no more links GSTR 3B to GSTR 1 2 and 3 returns...

As per Government notification the order for returns for a regular dealer is
GSTR(3B,1, 2,1a(if applicable) & then 3)
