Dear sir,
One of my client could not file GST R1, due to technical problems. Now the portal is not allowing to file return. Can any one guide me, how to file GST R1 now.

I don't know exactly... Some experts says, If we missed on the due date the it's availability after filing of GSTR 3....
But, I m waiting for any relaxation from GSTN...

Yoi can file only after 31 Oct i.e.closure of portal for GSTR-2.
