There appears to be no new specific notification mandating compulsory disclosure of HSN Inward in GSTR-9 for FY 2024-25, and the previous relaxations continue.

Any notification for relaxation to file GSTR 9 is released for F.Y. 2024-25 till now?
because for F.Y. 2023-24 notification was released by June 24

GSTR-9 filing is mandatory above ₹2 crore turnover, and not required (optional) below this threshold for F.Y. 2024-25.
No new relaxation notifications have been published for F.Y. 2024-25 up to now, and current compliance rules continue.
