Taxpayers can now file GSTR-3B by EVC, without using DSC. The GST Portal has enabled the option to file GSTR-3B by Electronic Verification Code (“EVC”) instead of the Digital Signature Certificate. Therefore the taxpayer can submit GSTR-3B without DSC.
