05 May 2020 Our organisation have turnover more than 5 crore i have submitted return today but DSC is not attached due to some reason if i attach DSC to tomorrow i.e.6th may even then interest would be levied for 1 day?

05 May 2020 Mere submission not amount to filed , you should file return before 05th may to avoid interest .

06 May 2020 INTEREST WILL LEVIED ON EXPIRY OF 15TH DAY AFTER THE DUE DATE AND YES, INTEREST IS LEVIED FOR 1 DAY

06 May 2020 Taxpayers can now file GSTR-3B by EVC, without using DSC. The GST Portal has enabled the option to file GSTR-3B by Electronic Verification Code (“EVC”) instead of the Digital Signature Certificate. Therefore the taxpayer can submit GSTR-3B without DSC.

YES IN YOUR CASE INT IS LEVIED.

06 May 2020 EVC is not allowed in case of company. Where you have submitted the return you offset the liabilities credit and cash ledgers were reduced therefore payment was made. Interest will not be applicable.

08 May 2020 Until the return is successfully submitted it called be called Return Filled. Interest will be levied accordingly as per notifications issued and rules prescribed on this.
