26 October 2017 Dear Mam/Sir. We don't want to claim any ITC still we need to file GSTR 2 with all expenses. Do we have to file all booked expenses? What if we leave some inwards? Is it treated as disallowed expenses..

26 October 2017 Yes... As per rule which transactions under GST the all are showing in return....

30 October 2017 You have to file GSTR-2 even if you dont want to claim any ITC. Also you have to mention in GSTR-2 all inward supplies whether it is non-gst, exempted, nil rated or from composition dealer.

30 October 2017 All tax invoice purchase and it's ITC is shown in return... It's mandatory....!

30 October 2017 Not madatory to take ITC. You can reject it also. But i advise to take ITC as you paid it.

30 October 2017 Taken ITC is mandatory from eligible ITC... If leave it's reflect at the time of Audit... If you don't want ITC., Take first and Reverse it that's only the good practice... Without taken face it's difficults.... GOOD LUCK....
