Dear Sir,
one of my client failed to file gstr 1 for july 17 by 10th of oct. now what is the remedy ?? becouse now the portal is not allowing him to file late gstr 1

You can file the return in next month between 1-10th.

Firstly thanks alot sir for your reply but can you please explain in details becouse while submitting the GSTR-1 for july'17 , the portal says your invoice date have crossed the timeline of filing .
Sir can you explain it in more details how can my client file his gstr 1 for july 17 in November 1 to 10th.
