If you made GST sales in 2018 but haven't received payment, the time limit for issuing credit notes and reversing Input Tax Credit (ITC) has likely expired. While the buyer is technically responsible for reversing their ITC, if they fail to do so, you may need to inform GST officials or consider writing off the amount as bad debt. For SMEs, lodging a complaint with the MSME department is an option, while others may need to consult a legal advisor for recovery.

We had made gst sales in 2018 but the party is not making payment to us. Can we reverse their ITC taken by them on our sales. Please clarify?
