14 September 2017 Services supplied by an Insurance Agent to any Person carrying on Insurance Business in Taxable Territory is notified as Service attracting Reverse Charge. Hence you are not required to get GST Registration. Insurance Company to whom you are providing service will pay GST on your behalf under Reverse Charge Mechanism.
