Gst registration- rent agreement as a aproof

With regard to new get registration, gst department requires registered rent agreement for a period more than 11 months.Hence we submitted revised rent agreement covering a period of 11montbs.But the gst department rejected theapplication.Kindly guide us for gst 0registration.

What is the reason given for rejection? If it is rent agreement period then the department is not correct.You can put a clause in the agreement that the agreement can be renewed after expiry of 11 months. If that also does not work then take the matter with your jurisdictional Assistant Commissioner.
