19 July 2024 a person wants to start business so he can sell products through Flipkart or Amazon so voluntarily GST Registration or Selling through e commerce portal option shall be selected at the time of registration.????

20 July 2024 Sir there won't be any issues if person is selling products through online e-commerce seller Flipkart etc if he is taking voluntary registration there will be no retail sales

In such a case select sale through E commerce.

21 July 2024 Sir but the same GST registration application was rejected by the gst officer saying that submit the proof of from which date the liability arises.
I said him that we haven't started the business how I can submit proof of liability.hence he rejected the application.

21 July 2024 Select the option E commerce supply and submit new GST application.
