GST Registration is to be taken for sole proprietorship
Address on Aadhar card of the proprietor is of Mumbai, Maharashtra, However business is to be registered in the state of Gujarat.
Will the registration be allowed ?

Yes, it will be allowed 100%. You have to provide the proof of place of business which you want to register in Gujarat.It can be rent agreement or property tax receipt or electricity bill etc.
