GST Refund Status not updating

31 July 2024 I have filed a GST Refund for Export of Services with Payment of Tax and the status is `Bank account validated` since more than 2 months. Can someone tell me the possible reason behind it and any action that I can take to make it proceed further?

Verification by GST Officers
After bank validation, the refund claim goes to the jurisdictional GST officer for document verification and scrutiny. This process can take time depending on workload.
Pending Document Submission
Sometimes, the GST department requires additional documents or clarifications related to your refund claim. If you missed any submission, it can delay processing.
High Refund Volume
