31 March 2019 Otherwise also ,There are only few items fall under 28% rates rate of IPL ticket is not in that 28% list

31 March 2019 That 18% is applicable when Franchise owner give free or Complimentary tickets. Otherwise GST rate would be 28% as mentioned in HSN 9996...

28% is for event management services ( services by way of organisation of sporting event)
It should b 18% on IPL ticket
