Could you please help me in filling of Form GST PCT-1 to the Authorised Officer on website www.aces.gov.in?
what are the process or how do i get in or download Form etc??

You have to file it only in GST portal wait for filing instruction yet to be issued.

Registeration for GST Practitioner started on GST website.
26 June 2017
Procedure also given on website through videos & user manual.
