gst pay on due date

July GST payment due in 17th of aug.if i am not able to deposit in 17th aug then is there any panelty or what ? and any problem arise in filling of 3b return on 20 th aug.

u can file GSTR 3B from 5th August to 20th august...... Last date for payment is 20th august

as per Notification No. 13/2017 – Central Tax dated 28th June 2017 Delay in payment of Tax – Interest rate can not exceed 18%
