22 December 2018 If GTA Registered under GST ACT.And Transport service provided to PVT LIMITED Company(Logistic company).
In this case who is responsible to pay GST.

AND What are obligation from GTA POint of view
And What are obligation from PVT LIMITED Cpmpany point of view.

plz quote any sections and notifications issued under GST ACT.
