hello sir/madam,
i got a invoice from transporter, who is not registered under gst. His daily bill amt below ₹5000 but monthly bill amt is around ₹27000/- So should pay gst under RCM? and can get ITC?

Yes you have to pay GST under RCM @5%
Also ITC for same available.
