Kindly suggest if GST is chargeable on security service provided by a Pvt. Ltd. Company to an engineering college run by a Charitable Trust ? Would the answer differ where Trust is registered under Section 12AA of Income Tax Act ?
Reference of relevant notification/rules/case laws would be appreciated
