16 September 2018 Gst is exempt on all prrschools but if the same preschool is also providing day care services to kids then is gst applicable on those services

16 September 2018 If institutions running (i) Pre-school education and education up to higher secondary school or equivalent; is exempt GST regime, core educational services has been exempted vide Notification No. 12/2017-CT(R) dated 28 June 2017/ Notification No. 09/2017-IT(R)

If you are running only pre-school it will comes under Tax purview
